Mity-Lite, Inc. Warranty
Limited Warranty for Summit(tm) Lectern, Shell.

Mity-Lite, Inc. warrants its plastic Lectern shell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and handling for twelve (12) years from the date of purchase, excluding castors which are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. In the case of customers determined to be rental companies, the customers warranty will exist for one (1) year. These warranties will not include damages as a result of abuse, misuse, vandalism, unauthorized repairs or modifications, defacement, inadequate inspection or maintenance, neglect, accident, improper application, prolonged exposure to extreme temperature or improper use. Mity-Lite, Inc., at its sole discretion and subject to a pro-ration of use as determined by Mity-Lite, Inc. will repair or replace the product, or provide the customer a credit for the value of the product subject to the warranty within a reasonable time following the receipt by Mity-Lite, Inc. of such notice of defect.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description above, and Mity-Lite, Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding its products, their fitness for any particular purpose, their merchantability, or otherwise. Mity-Lite, Inc. does not make and hereby expressly disclaims any other representation, affirmation, promise, description, sample or warranty of any kind with respect to the product.

The sole remedy against Mity-Lite, Inc., and Mity-Lite's sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product, in Mity-Lite Inc.'s sole discretion. In no event shall Mity-Lite, Inc. be liable for the cost of procurement of substitute goods by the consumer, or any special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of warranty even if Mity-Lite has been apprised as to the likelihood of such damages occurring. In no such event shall Mity-Lite, Inc.'s liability (whether based on an action or claim in contract, tort, or otherwise) to the customer or any part arising out of or relating to its products or the order or delivery of its products to exceed the purchase price charged by Mity-Lite, Inc. for such products.

Limited Warranty for Summit(tm) Lectern Electronic and other Components.

Mity-Lite, Inc. warrants its Lectern eletronic and other components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and handling for one (1) year from the date of purchase, This limited (1) year warranty is extended by Mity-Lite, Mity-Lite will repair or replace, at its sole option, any covered product that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year following the date of the initial user purchase.

Product failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modified wiring or modified installation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any loss of time or income that may be caused by the failure of a warranted product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
