VersiPanel™ polyethylene foam is strong, resilient, medium-density 36 kg/m3 (2.3 pcf), closed-cell foam
The foam manufacturing process does not use harmful CFC's or HCFC's. This new process technology incorporates a patented CFC- and HCFC-free blowing agent that is environmentally friendly.
The VersiPanel™ foam core is completely recyclable because it is made out of non-cross linked polyethylene.
Totally tackable - VersiPanel™ partitions and fabric is made of 100% tackable material, allowing you to pin, tack and velcro anything from charts and graphs to white boards and displays on it.

Flamibility & Foam: ETHAFOAM 220 polyethylene foam has successfully passed MVSS 302 flammability testing, conducted according to the Code of Federal Regulations, CFR 49.
(Caution: ETHAFOAM brand polyethylene foam is combustible and should not be exposed to flame or other ignition sources)
FABRIC: VersiPanel™ and VersiFold® are covered with a uniquely engineered fabric manufactured by SHAW FABRICS. This fabric is made of colored fibers needle bonded into a continuous structure, then finished with a heatset, latex back to ensure fiber lock. All are soft, flexible, and acoustically absorbent fabrics suitable for high-traffic area. And thanks to their "self-healing" nature they are ideal for Tackable walls. Their excellent pill/fuzz resistance makes them Velcro Compatible. This material is 100% recyclable.

VersiPanel™ has no metal or "wheeled" hardware to scratch floors or walls, and has perfect acoustical properties for this type of application.
VersiPanel™ is the answer to providing quiet and non-destructive temporary meeting areas. Unlike other products, VersiPanel™ meets the floor directly from end-to-end, keeping sound confined from other areas. VersiPanel™ has no metal or "wheeled" hardware to scratch floors or walls, and has perfect acoustical properties for this type of application. Set up and storage is quick and easy: just roll them up and put them away, or even store them flat against the wall.
Versatility is created with magnets on the ends of the panels. This simply means you can connect panels together to create more length. Storing panels flat against the wall is done using the top mount magnets. Though the panels may not be in use creating classrooms, while stored against the wall they create crash pads or noise reducing panels.
