OREM, UTAH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 25, 2006 -- MITY Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITY ), designer, manufacturer, and marketer of institutional furniture, announced that Mity-Lite, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, has obtained an exclusive patent license agreement from Magnattach, Inc. to manufacture, market and sell the Magnattach® portable dance floor line. Product may now be ordered for immediate delivery.

Magnattach setup or breakdown is approximately ten times faster than other portable floors. To achieve this time and labor savings, Magnattach features an ultra high strength, self-locking magnet-to-steel wedge system that instantly locks each panel securely in place. Additionally, Magnattach is lighter weight, of a higher quality, and easier to use than other floors.

The SwiftSet CourtsideT flip seat folding chair reflects the unique design of Mity-Lite's classic SwiftSet folding chair, with the added functionality of a 2 1/2 inch padded stadium style flip seat.
